This site is for people who are on a gluten free diet but want to be able to enjoy wedding and anniversary cakes, whether they’re made from fruit cake, light and tasty sponges,  chocolate cake or profiteroles, all of which are often out of bounds to those on a gluten free diet. But I am also happy to cater for anyone who enjoys good homemade cooking and baking, like you would make yourself if you had time or like you remember your Granny making.
