On your wedding day or specil anniversary you don’t want to be the only one not eating the cake, or to have a cake which some of your dearest family and friends can’t share. But you still want your cake to look and taste special. I will discuss your requirements with you and do my very best to create a cake that everyone can enjoy.  And no one will be able to taste the difference between my gluten free cake and a typical wedding or celebration cake.
